About the Presenter

Eurona Earl Tilley, NCPT, first fell in love with anatomy during her 10th-grade biology class and her passion for anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology continued to grow throughout her undergraduate and graduate studies as well as during her successful career as a medical writer and editor. She began her personal Pilates practice in 2005 and immediately realized the beauty of the method and the elegant simplicity in which each exercise is a musical etude for the body, exploring anatomical concepts and biomechanics of movement principles.

In 2014, Eurona founded Epiphany Pilates LLC, a boutique Pilates studio in Northern Virginia, to share her passion for Pilates with others and help them achieve their fitness and rehabilitation goals through mindful movement. She firmly believes that Pilates is for everyone; and, she strives to make her group classes and private sessions comfortable and inviting for a range of fitness levels while introducing progressively challenging and engaging exercises.

Eurona is a graduate of Spelman College (BS Chemistry), Georgia Institute of Technology (BS Materials Engineering), and Georgetown University (MS Microbiology & Immunology). She received her comprehensive Pilates training through BASI Pilates®, a leading Pilates education academy, with a reputation for innovation, dedication and academic excellence. She is a certified GYROTONIC® Trainer and received her Level 1 Foundation training at Elements Fitness and Wellness Center with Master Trainer Dr. Justine Bernard. Eurona is a certified Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates Specialist with The Center for Women’s Fitness and has completed classical Pilates training through Power Pilates.

She also received her barre certification through Booty Barre® and completed Bodhi Suspension System® training through Balanced Body.
